The School Day

Start of Day - To ensure a smooth start to your child’s day, reduce the possibility of anxiousness caused by being late, and to avoid disruption to the learning of others, it is important that the children are ready to come in to school for registration activities at 8:55 am.

OPENING TIMES

8.55 a.m. - 3.30 p.m.
On wet mornings the main school will be open for children to come in to the Hall from 8.40 a.m. We are unable to take responsibility for the safety and welfare of children before 8.40 a.m.

MORNING BREAK & SNACK
10.15 a.m. - 10.30 a.m.

AFTERNOON BREAK
2.15 p.m. - 2.30 p.m.
(break times are flexible and dependent upon the activities the children are involved in)

FOUNDATION STAGE
Children in Reception have flexible break and snack times depending upon the activities they are involved in .

MEAL TIMES
12.00 p.m. - 1.15 p.m. (1pm if the KS 2 is having an additional afternoon playtime)
Children can either have a school dinner or bring a sensible packed lunch (no fizzy drinks or glass bottles please).
