School Council and Graigh

Ballaugh's School Council have been using the U.N.'s Sustainable Development Goals to help us to focus on peoples' needs both here in Ballaugh and further afield.

Coming up to Christmas we thought we would focus on number 2 (zero hunger). We have had a collection of food to help others. Erica, from Gaigh, is going to take our hampers and give them to the people she knows will benefit enormously from them. Not only will this help them not feel so hungry, but they will also have a touch of our school values of kindness, respect, care and compassion.
